TeamUP Property provides this service (“we” or “us” or “Site”) to assist participating website users and visitors (“Users”) enrich their experience when it comes to buying a property.
It is essential to accept the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service & Usage”) and the terms of our Privacy Policy to receive the Service (including access to this Site) via mobile, tab, laptop or other application devices.
TeamUP Property is owned and operated by TeamUP Broker Network Pvt Ltd (“Company”), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and has its registered office at 804, Antarishk Thakur House, Makhwana Road, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400059
The expression “Company” shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, officers, employees, agents, directors, successors and assigns.
The Company has the sole and exclusive right to change or modify the Terms without prior permission or intimation to the user. So, the user expressly agrees that any change to the Terms shall come into effect immediately.
If deemed appropriate by us, the user will be notified of material changes to the Terms or the Policy when accessing the website. Notwithstanding the previous, the user acknowledges and agrees to the duty to check the Terms periodically and stay updated on its requirements. If the User continues to use the Website following such a change, the User will be deemed to have agreed to any amendments/modifications made to the Terms.

Through teamuproperty.com the homebuyers access information, pictures, videos and other allied data. The platform recommends, promotes and advises the user per their requirements and needs.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

TeamUP Property agrees to provide the User, and the User agrees to avail from TeamUP Property the Services based on this Agreement.
The User’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy is the agreement between the User and TeamUP Property. This Agreement shall replace all previous arrangements between the User and TeamUP Property concerning the Services and Site access.
The User undertakes the agreement as binding whenever the User accesses the Site and completes the registration process.
The User agrees with TeamUP Property that the User is 18 (eighteen) years of age or above and can perform and adhere to the agreement. Individuals under the age of 18 (eighteen) may access the website or avail a Service only with the involvement, supervision, guidance, and/or prior consent of their parents and/or legal guardians, through the profile of or under the direction of such parent/ legal guardian. TeamUP Property shall not be responsible for verifying whether the User is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.

TeamUP Property shall not be responsible for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any User Information, in whole or in part.
TeamUP Property reserves the right to withhold access, remove or discard any User Information from the website, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion
TeamUP Property shall have the right but not an obligation to maintain or forward any User Information and to verify the authenticity of any User Information made available to it through the website or otherwise.

Disclaimers on the accuracy and completeness of the content/listings

At their own expense, the user should conduct checks to determine the legitimacy of any project or property, including the accuracy of its title, carpet area, and suitability for purchase.
As a listing platform, TeamUP Property cannot authenticate the accuracy of content in its Services. The team uploads a lot of content, and because of human error or rapid updates from the builder’s end, there may be inaccurate information. We will address any complaints with the appropriate action.
Important Considerations:

Verify the builder’s credentials by performing a thorough ownership check.
To verify that the builder’s claims are accurate and that the property is not an “imaginary” one, personally visit the project site or property.
Beware of forged title documents. Disputed or long-vacant properties may secure loans against them.
We strongly advise thorough due diligence on the property before getting into a real estate deal.
The User should independently ensure that the seller abides by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 and that these rules apply to the project or property in question.

The Arbitrator’s decision is final and binding on both parties to the dispute. The arbitration will take place in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse, or concerns about the content and/or comments, or any breach of these terms, must be immediately reported to the Grievance Officer through email at info@teamupproperty.com. Any grievance received by the Company will be resolved as soon as possible.
